Quality is our brand and products cornerstone. Supplier Quality Engineer plays an important role to ensure our supplier partners conform to our product quality and safety standards through audits, key metrics management, and continuous improvement. This role will also work directly with after-sales support team on product quality escalation, problem diagnosis, and develop both short term and long term resolutions to improve on our product quality.

**What You’re Responsible For**
- Setup supplier quality procedure, product quality checklists and quality performance reports requirement for all our products.
- Establish performance matrix to track and measured the manufacturing partners monthly performance in product quality, field escalation and on-time delivery.
- During new product development, provide FMEA feedback to improve on manufacturability and improve quality. Gate-keeper to ensure products have been fully qualified and critical attention list created with the help of engineering team to be used during mass production. Finally, sign off before starting mass production.
- Owns all field quality escalation from our customer support team. Enforce customer first attitude in tackling these escalations. Setup system to capture and provide update on these escalations and working closely with manufacturing partners and engineering counterpart towards closure of all issues and design improvement to ensure better quality.
- Documentation and setup standard operating procedure (SOP) for all our products. Maintain Engineering Change Notification (ECN) is properly followed through with the manufacturing partners.
- Ensure manufacturing partners meet and maintain all regulatory requirement such as UL, CE etc.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management, customer support, or engineering, preferable in a global, cross-cultural environment.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable to roll up sleeves to troubleshoot quality issues and resourceful in finding resolution.
- Proven ability to work effectively in matrix organization and ability to manage and influence others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacious although professional when working with supplier challenges.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
