We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in providing unparalleled luxury shopping experiences to our discerning clientele.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service and offering product recommendations.

2. **Sales Generation**: Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with customers, upselling, and cross-selling products.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our luxury brands, collections, and product features to provide accurate information and advice to customers.

3. **World-Class Jewelry and Watch Interactions**: As part of our esteemed luxury retail business, you will have the opportunity to work closely with world-class jewelry and watch makers. This includes interacting with renowned designers, attending exclusive product trainings and workshops, and gaining insights into the craftsmanship and intricacies of luxury jewelry and timepieces.

4. **CRM Management**: Utilize our customer relationship management system to record customer information, preferences, and follow-up activities to build long-term relationships.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store targets, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail work (etc. fashion accessories, watches, jewellery) experience in luxury retailing is a plus

2. Result driven and flexible to change

3. Strong communication skills, customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
