**General Description**

Asia ICG Revenue and Balance Sheet FP&A team is part of the overall Asia ICG FP&A team. The team works in close partnership with various Asia ICG LFOs in managing all forward looking processes for Asia ICG, with focus on the Revenue and Balance Sheet area. The team is also expected to partner and collaborate with our global ICG FP&A counterparts (Loan, Deposit, Balance Sheet) and with the Country FP&A teams, where necessary

As part of managing all forward looking processes and providing support to our ICG stakeholders and seniors in the region, there is increased focus on the regional team to manage and execute on all regional Models related to these forward looking processes, which influence the decisions made by the LFO’s and the businesses

This particular role will focus on the coordination and timely and effective delivery of all aspects of the maintenance of the ICG regional Models and will be based in Singapore

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive an efficient and effective process in managing the multiple demands of the ICG regional Model requests, requirements and timelines
- To deliver across all common activities related to ICG Model documentation and maintenance (OPA, MAA and MCA’s)
- Coordinate and drive all Risk & Control timelines for the ICG WS
- Initiate and prepare all ICG forward looking activities attestation/documentations for review (i.e: Outlook and Plan Process documentation and Review and Approvals inventory)
- Partner with the ICG Revenue and Work stream Lead and be the ICG liaison to our Regional Risk & Control and Transformation Team partners
- Work professionally and proactively with the regional ICG Workstream and regional Risk and Control team, in having all aspects of the ICG regional Models, covered

and collaborate with our global ICG partners and attend global calls on Model related matters
- **Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in a discipline related to Finance / Economics / Audit
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in Finance or related field
- Prior Country or regional Finance experience highly advantageous
- Result oriented, with passion to improve process working with various key stakeholders
- Strong communication, project management, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage own time amidst competing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to navigate across multiple deliverables and deadlines
