**What the role is**
- Singapore Polytechnic's Professional and Adult Continuing Education (PACE) Academy is a leading continuing education and training (CET) academy that advocates the pursuit of lifelong learning and skills mastery. We offer a wide range of training programmes for adult learners to enhance their employability, and partner the industry closely in workforce development.
Reporting to the Manager (Short Course), the appointee’s main role includes supporting the administration for training programmes. This requires working with various stakeholders including course participants and trainers.
**_ Responsibilities:

- Correspond with various stakeholders including applicants, sponsoring companies, trainers and government agencies on course and funding matters
- Monitor the quality of training programmes through programme evaluations and feedback
**_ Requirements:
- _**
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in administration of courses for adult learners
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, writing and communication skills
- Resourceful and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team that cuts across departments/functions
- Technologically-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools (example: Zoom, MS Teams and other equivalent platforms)
