Overview The role manages and develops ISCA Academy’s programmes, curating impactful learning experiences while ensuring operational excellence and driving content innovation. The incumbent also supports business development efforts by expanding programme reach, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and contributing to ISCA Academy’s growth locally and internationally. Responsibilities Programme Management and Development Conduct market research and stakeholder consultations to identify emerging skills gaps and opportunities for programme design. Provide strategic oversight of programme design and delivery to ensure alignment with the Academy’s goals and industry relevance. Curate and direct programme flow in collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring content quality, innovation, and learner engagement. Evaluate programme effectiveness by reviewing participant feedback and outcomes, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee programme portfolio development, ensuring regular refresh and adaptation to evolving professional and market needs. Lead the sourcing, development, and implementation of new digital and e-learning content, managing vendors and coordinating with internal teams for timely and high-quality roll-out. Drive the end-to-end development of training programmes that align with industry trends and workforce development needs, ensuring they meet the standards and requirements for IBF (Institute of Banking and Finance) and SSG (SkillsFuture Singapore) funding. Manage the accreditation and submission process with IBF and SSG, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, frameworks, and quality benchmarks. Support marketing and outreach initiatives to drive programme participation and visibility. Work with internal and external stakeholders to extend programme reach locally and internationally. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance the programme portfolio. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation to strengthen ISCA Academy’s market presence. Team Management Provide coaching, feedback, and support for professional development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture Requirements Degree in Business, Accountancy, or related field preferred. At least 8 years of relevant experience in programme management, training, or content development (experience in professional services or the education sector is an advantage). Strong organisational and project management skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Able to multi-task and meet deadlines with a can-do attitude. Strong business development acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, build partnerships, and expand programme reach.
