DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/Manager, Marketing and Communications

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Key Responsibilities**

Content Creation & Marketing
- Create compelling and on-brand content that resonates with channel, target audience and inspires action.
- Collaborate with content creators including video production houses, influencers, and agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Lead co-ordination with external content/media partners.
- Has basic knowledge skills with design tools Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and simple video editing.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with marketing objectives.

Performance Marketing & Data Analysis
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram),and TikTok.
- Monitor and optimise digital ad performance to maximise ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- Analyse marketing data from Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven marketing performance reports.
- Leverage past campaign data and case studies to inform future strategies and demonstrate measurable success.
- Experience in working with external agencies

- Present marketing strategies, performance reports, and insights to leadership and key decision-makers.

Requirements & Skills
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
- Content Creation Skills: Ability to write compelling copy, create engaging visuals (with designers), and develop multimedia content.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing data tools.
- Paid Media Knowledge: Experience managing digital ad campaigns across search, social, and display networks.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external partners.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and objectives.
- Adaptability & Creativity: Ability to pivot strategies based on performance insights and market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role, with a portfolio of successful past campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM, and CRM platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content marketing and campaign success stories with measurable results.
