- Overseeing daily restaurant operations during peak and off-peak hours
- Coordinating front-of-house service flow and customer experience
- Managing digital reservation, feedback and loyalty systems
- Assisting with staff onboarding and training based on SOP developed
- Working closely with the manager in piloting new menu concepts and service workflows

**Requirements**:

- Singapore-based **Diploma or studied in Hospitality Management**from a recognized local institution
- At least **1 experience**with equivalent in a Korean cuisine F&B
- Strong **understanding of Korean dining culture and BBQ service style**:
