**About Fazz**
- Fazz is an ecosystem of financial services that comprise Fazz (Business account for Southeast Asia), StraitsX (Payments infrastructure for digital assets), and Modal Rakyat (Mutual cooperation funding for MSMEs) founded in 2016, as a result of a merger between PayFazz and Xfers, two Y Combinator alumni based in Southeast Asia.

**About the Team**
- Payfazz Master Agen is a business unit that provides agents with the ability to provide transfer, payment point online banking, and credit services through a mobile app to their own customers. Our goal is to create an all-in-one finance super app capable of serving both businesses and enterprise customers.

**Learning Outcomes**:

- Industry experience in Flutter, Dart and mobile technologies
- Experience working in an iterative, sprint-based product development style
- Learn to manage small to mid-sized engineering projects, prioritization and choose the highest leverage projects to work on
- Experience in and understanding of the fintech and financial services needs of the South East Asia region

**What you'll be doing**:

- Active contributor to the development of a highly scalable e-money system
- Work with fellow engineers, product managers, and business owners in the team to ensure requirements are sound and are met
- Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of productions systems
- Build, propose and maintain solutions and processes to improve engineering effectiveness and efficiency
- Keep pace with the developments of financial technology in the region

**What we are looking for in you**:

- Have/ Undertaking a BSc in Computer Science or other software-related fields. Alternatively, coding Bootcamp experience or personal software project experience
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java, Kotlin, Swift, and C++ (preferably Dart)
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Able to work in fast-moving teams
- Good communication skills
- Excellent debugging skills, resourcefulness in digging into the root causes of issues
- Willingness to learn, independent, a bias for action
- Potential interns who can commit to a full-time internship of more than 6 months will be preferred.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Knowledge of iterative, sprint-based product development style
- Knowledge of Flutter and Dart
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of mobile services and technologies
