Singapore QUEST GLOBAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

More than 12 years’ design experience in the EPC of Combined Cycle Power Plants in the following areas:

- Process design - Proficient in using GT pro software for selecting the right configuration of GT/HRSG and ST and optimizing the cycle for maximizing the efficiency. Shall have experience in 2-2-1 Configuration.
- Familiar with Siemens SGT800 GT model and its variants and SST variants of steam turbine
- Familiar with HRSG design concepts - 1P/2P/3P drum designs, with or without supplementary firing, selecting the optimum cycle parameters etc
- Preparation of Heat and Mass balance diagrams (HMBD) and Water Balance Diagrams (WBD)
- Preparation of PFDs and P&IDs including KKS numbering
- Providing process inputs to piping and I&C
- Calculations involving sizing of equipment, pressure drop calculations, heat rate calculations and other required process calculations
- Preparation of Design Manual, System description and control philosophy document
- Preparation of plant start
- up curves and plant operation philosophy
- Preparation of technical specifications, evaluation of vendor offers and selection of vendors for main equipment such as GT, HRSG, and STG
- Preparation of technical specifications, evaluation of vendor offers and selection of vendors for Condensate extraction Pumps (CEP), Deaerator and Boiler Feed Pumps
- Preparation of technical specifications, evaluation of vendor offers and selection of vendors for BOP equipment such as water Treatment Plants (Pre-Treatment, Desalination, Demineralization), Natural gas system (Gas compressors, Filter Separators etc), Air compressors, Cooling tower, Cooling water pumps, Miscellaneous pumps, HVAC etc
- Reviewing vendor documents, submission to Owner/OE, responding to OE’s comments and approving of vendor documents
- Checking shop test procedure, witnessing shop test of equipment
- Attending technical clarification meetings with Owner/ Owner’s engineer
- Preparation of Plant operation philosophy document along with I&C and electrical
- Preparation of Training manuals
- Preparation / Compilation of O&M manuals

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- Possess more than 12 years’ design experience in the EPC of Combined Cycle Power Plants
- With previous experience in the combine cycle power plant, petrochemical and other industrial process plants
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, engineering codes and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to handle stress and be sensitive to deadlines
- Ability to lead and handle a team
