Facilities Manager for NGS Project.
A minimum of Facilities Management or M&E Engineering Degree from a recognised tertiary establishment. A minimum of 5 years of FM experience with a proven management background. Fire safety manager and Work-at-Height certifications preferred.
Overall in-charge of the facilities management and operation of the Contract;
To supervise and ensure all M&E and building services under the Contract are properly maintained and inefficient operating condition;
Oversee daily operation of the building and ensure staffs stationed on site perform the duties to the satisfaction of the SO;
To monitor all scheduled, breakdown and unscheduled and cyclical maintenance works;
Liaison with The Employer’s Staffs and Tenants;
To schedule, monitor and ensure scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities and additional
M&E and building services under the Contract are carried out effectively;
Conduct audit inspections to ensure the premise is well maintained according to SLA;
Prepare detailed incident reports and other works as assigned by the building owner;
Experience in handling UPS, Humidity Control Unit (HCU), BMS, Chillers, Pre-Action / VESDA, HT/LT Switchboards, Gas Suppression System, Certified Work-at-Height Manager will be an advantage.
