Job Title: Marketing Director

Our software platform has helped businesses streamline their operations, increase customer satisfaction, and grow their revenue.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services
- Plan and execute marketing events to promote our brand and products
- Manage social media accounts to engage with customers, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic
- Utilize Google Ads and Google Analytics to drive targeted traffic to our website and increase conversions
- Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry associations
- Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop sales tools and collateral
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and metrics to ensure that marketing campaigns are cost-effective and drive revenue growth

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in online marketing, preferably in the F&B industry or IT software industry or start-up
- Experience in planning marketing events, managing social media, and performance marketing utilising Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and metrics
