**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Accounting qualifications or equivalent
- Kowledge or experience to close full set of the Company account
- Knowledge in ERP software BC365 is an added advantage

**Jobs Scope**:

- To take full responsibilities of handling full set of accounts such as (AR/AP/GL/ functions);
- To manage statutory company administration responsibilities;
- To perform daily bank entries and reconciliations
- To ensure accurate and timely preparation of yearly statutory financial statements and year end company audit including handling of auditors etc;
- To ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly management reports;
- To process payments and update daily in-coming fund reporting to the management.
- Daily monitoring and accurate reporting on account receivables and payables;
- To handle quarterly GST declaration submission.
- To handle petty cash
- Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal compliance/ requirement including taxation and statutory accounts;
- Liaison with authorities, bankers, internal and external auditor/ tax agent;
- Month end closing includes intercompany balance reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets/ prepayment schedules, loan schedules across different banks
