**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Baker prepare ingredients and spread on the bread
- Wash kitchen utensils that are used for baking
- Help Baker keep doughs in the chiller once it is ready
- Simple Shaping of bread
- Brush egg wash on the bread
- Placing of bread on trolley, push trolley to cooling area
- To ensure kitchen floor is clean (sweep and mop as and when needed)
