Participate in full development cycle of machine learning based fraud detection, including design, data processing, develop, deploy, experiment and analyse.
- Explore, improve and validate suitable cutting-edge algorithms and strategies for various business scenarios, and collaborate with engineering team, business team to meet the set goals.
- Lead and mentor junior ML engineers, be responsible for anti-fraud work planning and project management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Master’s degree (or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, EE or other quantitative discipline. Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficient in at least one or more of the programming languages, such as Python, C++. Familiar with Spark, Hive, Xgboost/LightGBM, Tensorflow, etc.
- 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following anti-fraud domains, such as bank card fraud detection, account security, etc.
- Experience with large dataset modelling in e-commerce or other industry field.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and keen to solve challenging problems.
