**Role Overview:
As a Machine Learning Engineer with our client, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to optimize our advertising platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights and drive innovation in ad targeting, optimization, and performance.
**Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to enhance our ad targeting and optimization capabilities.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of advertising data.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliverables.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to extract actionable insights from advertising data.
Evaluate and benchmark machine learning models using appropriate metrics and methodologies.
Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate machine learning solutions into our advertising platform.
**Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on adtech or digital advertising preferred.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Apache Flink.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control, code reviews, and automated testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
