Aurora Specialist Hub is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage the operational and logístical aspects of our events. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of both physical and online seminars by coordinating vendors, managing on-site logistics, and overseeing event operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**:
Plan and manage event logistics including venue setup, transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
- **Vendor & Supplier Management**:
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- **Operational Oversight**:
Oversee event scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site operations to guarantee seamless event execution.
- **Budget Management**:
Monitor and manage event budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
- **Risk & Compliance**:
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines, implementing risk management and contingency plans as needed.
- **Post-Event Evaluation**:
Prepare post-event reports, analyze operational performance, and recommend improvements for future events.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with the event planning, marketing, and technical teams to align operational strategies with overall event goals.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics coordination, or event management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with event management software and digital tools is a plus.
