Senior / Executive, Outpatient Clinic Operations

You will be responsible in supporting the facilitation of quality improvement projects and related initiatives that involves change management which may be led at either the Department, Hospital or Cluster levels. You will assist in performance management-related activities for the department which includes the regular reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Senior Management and related ad-hoc data analytics for outpatient clinic operations. In addition, you will be involved in other Department-level roles such as business continuity planning (BCP), risk assessment and civil emergency planning.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline with 4 years' working experience, preferably in healthcare operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Self-directed and independent with the ability to work under tight timelines
- An excellent team player who is resourceful and meticulous
