**Responsibilities**:

- Source new sales opportunities by meeting outbound call metrics and lead generation
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Work & coordinate with the talent & marketing department closely to achieve project deliverables and goals.
- Track and update pipeline opportunities
- Tak part in RFQ and bid

**Requirements**:

- Experience in setting up new business development division
- At least 3 years relevant working experiences
- Excellent communication skills and good people skills
