**Main Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the HR Department, ensuring compliance with all Corporate Office and Club policies and procedures; and current local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
- Monitor present and future trends, practices, and systems in Human Resources and make recommendations as appropriate.
- Onboarding new hires including conducting induction for HR Policies and PDPA Policies
- Manage all internal communication such as announcements, memos, and notices.
- Manage, write, and publish in-house newsletters and articles and track engagement rates.
- Assist in organizing recreational activities, celebrations of the company’s milestones, management workshops, and other employee welfare programs.
- Emceeing and facilitating events and activities where needed.
- Coordinating with Data Protection Officer to ensure PDPA policies are adhered to and refresher training sessions for staff are conducted.
- Assist with handling grievances, counselling, and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline is practiced.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, and data analysis to determine market trends and ensure competitiveness.
- Analyse training needs and ensure the preparation and implementation of training plans.
- Coordinate and administer internal and external training programmes.
- Submit employees for national and industry awards.
- Serve as point-of-contact for staff queries regarding their employment.
- Manage or participate in special projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources / Business Management from recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should possess strong analytical and interpersonal qualities.
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
- Positive at all times and willing to follow the Club’s vision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce.
