DESIGNATION : Sourcing Engineer (Expansion Project)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Sourcing Engineer to support activities in setting up Revenue Procurement function which includes raw material sourcing, supplier qualification, logistic and supply chain set up, procurement and material planning, for giga-sized solar manufacturing plants (MgSi, Polysilicon, Ingot, Wafer, Cell and Module) in India and other various sites, in order to ensure material supplies in-line with project schedule. Key responsibilities include sourcing project management, contract negotiation/administration, document control, stakeholder management and meeting management etc.

**Essential Duties**:

- Set up revenue procurement workstreams meetings to communicate with various stakeholders including sourcing managers, engineering, finance, IT, procurement, quality, operations and legal to ensure material supplies in-line with project schedule
- Design revenue procurement workstreams meeting agendas, maintain meeting trackers and provide minutes of meeting, including setting up various forms, templates, documents, reports in order to communicate effectively with stakeholders and management
- Brainstorm and identify next-steps, path forward and actions for various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Liaise closely with various stakeholders to obtain project status and progress and follow up on actions closure, at the same time channel required support up to management team
- RFX administration support including Supplier Exchange Portal management, bid and offers compilation and analysis.
- Set up procedures and systems for proper document control
- Maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous support in all business situations
- Travelling to sites to have further f2f communication with stakeholders
- Business trip to India occasionally

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or other disciplines
- 2 years of relevant working experience in sourcing / procurement / project management
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in Contract Management
- Knowledge of the PV value chain is advantageous
- Experience in Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
- Good command of English and Chinese (Read/Write/Speak) to liaise with mandarin speaking suppliers
- Meticulous with good accuracy
- Proactive and comfortable in environment with VUCA (volatility, uncertainty. Complexity and ambiguity)
- Able to multi-task
- Able to communicate with all levels effectively
- Positive with “Can do” attitude
