**Responsibilities**:

- Learn primary skills required for a career as an ESG practitioner.
- Gain exposure to ESG concepts, sustainability practices, and consulting assessments.
- Explore frameworks, tools, approaches, and best practices for ESG.
- Learn metrics for measuring carbon emissions and clean energy technologies.
- Gain hands-on experience in developing blueprints for de-carbonisation plans.
- Implement carbon disclosure platforms using NTT Data assets.
- Conduct gap analysis and develop baseline & disclosure reports.
- Interpret and analyze sustainability reports.
- Support pre-sales engagements and client metrics input
- Use data to forecast and predict energy usage and future carbon emissions.
- Digitize carbon emissions and energy usage to encourage low carbon footprint.
- Develop carbon pipelines and manage data analysis and visualization.
- Act as a shadow consultant supporting development and facilitating among stakeholders.
- Participate in global sustainability teams and forums for knowledge sharing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Fresh graduate or less than 3 years of working experience.
- Strong interest in sustainability, ESG reporting, and climate-related initiatives.
- Preferred to have knowledge with ESG frameworks and tools such as ISSB, CDP, SAFRA, and NetZero Hub.
- Exposure to data analysis tools and platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Power Query, and Delta Lake.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work on regional and international ESG projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to sustainability reporting.
