**Campaign Planning and Execution**
- Conceptualise and develop creative and compelling marketing content for both B2B and B2C audiences, including website content, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
- Develop, produce, and edit objective-driven content-led(videos/photos) campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other social channels.
- Execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions to leads tru social media
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Liaise & working as a team, with other stakeholders, taking snippets of their daily work and creating content.
- Content creation every few days to update tiktok and social media account.
- Evaluate and optimize content-led campaign performance.
- Identify and engage with vendors and influencers for collaborations to expand the reach and visibility of our work.

**Relevant Experience**:

- Objectively 2 years, but if you're just starting out include your portfolio. We're excited to work with the next big thing

**Basic Skills Required**:

- Has a minimum of 2 years of proven success in content creation.
- Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies, channels,
- Excellent communication and writing skills, creative and resourceful, proactive and good time management.
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, capcut, canvas
- Fast learner with ability to handle all operational aspects independently.
- Good project management.
- Is driven by results and a passion for growth.
- Is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with clients and team members.
