A Singapore-based band is seeking a social media content creator to help manage and grow their online presence. The role involves creating 1–2 posts per week for the band's existing social channels, combining engaging visuals with storytelling that connects with fans and new audiences. Content will be sourced both from in-person media collection and additional materials provided by the band. This is an ongoing, part-time freelance contract role with an immediate start.

Responsibilities
  • Create and publish 1–2 engaging posts per week across the band's active social media platforms.
  • Collect and capture photos/videos in person once per month during media sessions.
  • Edit and optimize additional content supplied by the band throughout the month.
  • Develop posts that highlight the band's music, performances, behind-the-scenes moments, and fan engagement.
  • Ensure a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all channels.
  • Monitor engagement and adapt content to strengthen audience connection.
Skills and Requirements
  • Proven experience as a social media content creator with a portfolio of past work.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, photography, and video editing for social media formats.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including trends and best practices.
  • Ability to create short-form, music-related content that resonates with fans.
  • Availability to meet in Woodlands, Singapore once per month for content collection.
  • Creative, reliable, and able to work independently on an ongoing contract basis.
  • Experience working with bands, artists, or live music events is a plus.
