Research Engineer I

The Cloud Application and Platform Group at School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, is seeking 1 motivated Research Engineer I to assist the Principal Investigator (PI) and research staff in managing research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the PI in managing research projects and prepare relevant paperwork.- Assist in managing the PI's schedule by scheduling meetings, appointments, and research arrangements.- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes for research team meetings.- Assist in the coordination and logistics of research-related events, such as visiting professors or seminars.- Assist in coordinating collaborations and communication with external partners.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Education Management or higher from a prestigious university.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various research tasks effectively.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a research team.- Prior research experience, including involvement in research projects or publications, is preferred.
