Singapore ARISING CLEANING MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

To create and handle the deployment of teams for daily operations.
- To perform direct recruitment of non-permanent staff to augment permanent staff.
- To manage daily attendance via attendance system, ensures physical presence on-site and recommends request of absence to OM. (e.g., Medical Leave, Annual Leave, Off, etc.)
- Conduct safety briefings prior to high-risk jobs. (e.g., Landed Properties, Properties of At-Risk Activities, etc.)
- To inform OM in advance for Over-Time (OT) work requested by customer in a timely fashion.
- Prepare and submit OT Report (OTR) to justify OT payment for permanent staff within 12 hours, directly to OM.
- To perform Quality Check (QC) and assess if touch-up is required prior to returning property to customer.
- To issue Cleaning Service Sheet (CSS) to customer upon completion of job.
- Conduct daily After Action Review (AAR) prior to dismissal and share salient points with OM.
- To ferry assigned teams to job sites on a daily basis via company van. **[Class 3 Driving License required]**:

- Updating customer on Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) regardless of traffic condition.
- To cover teams on any shortfall of manpower for the day.
- Assist OM on any ad-hoc matters.
- To manage and liase with subcontractors performing cleaning on-site.
- Doing inventory and stock take of cleaning equipment and chemicals in storage and company vehicles.

**Job Requirements**:

- Driving licence - Class 3
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction and collaboratively in team environment.
- Good communication skills and customer oriented
- Positive attitude towards all stakeholders.
