The role will be a part of our Supply Chain Management practice. We are seeking a Senior Manager/Director to lead the development, growth, and support of our consulting business in the areas of Digital Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Digital Procurement.

Core roles and responsibilities:

- Develop and drive the Go-To-Market strategy for the Singapore and SEA market, in collaboration with our global and regional teams, for consulting offerings in Digital Supply Chain Strategy, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Digital Procurement, as well as operating model design.
- Establish strong and trusted relationships with clients at CXO levels and senior client stakeholders. Identify key business opportunities (both strategic and tactical) and lead client conversations as a trusted advisor.
- Build and drive partnerships with business partners/vendors as part of the growth strategy for the Singapore and SEA market.
- Develop thought leadership and support initiatives for the market, building mindshare through publications, industry conferences, and seminars.
- Lead the preparation of RFP responses, project delivery, and be hands-on in the execution of highly complex and large-scale transformation programs for clients. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to:Supply chain strategy, including overall strategy, network planning, intelligent/resilient supply chains, and operating model design.
Supply chain planning, including demand management, supply planning, order fulfillment, and logistics planning. Familiarity with IT tools is preferable.
Supply chain execution, including future category strategies, source-to-pay operations, procurement, and optimization of delivery networks, warehousing, and transportation.

Key desired skill sets:

- 12-18 years of experience in Strategy or Management Consulting in operations/supply chain management.
- Strong business development experience with a focus on consulting.
- Proven track record in converting relationships into sales.
- Experience in end-to-end supply chain transformation programs, business transformation, and value creation through digital technologies.
- Proficiency in English language skills; fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or above from top universities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients at the executive leadership level.
