Singapore AG Consultancy & Apps Full time
We are looking for an experienced Principal SAP SCM Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Energy, Mining, or Oil and Gas industry sectors with extensive expertise in SAP Material Management, Warehouse Management, and Extended Warehouse Management. Your role will involve implementing, rolling out, providing user training, hyper care, application development, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy fit-to-standard SAP processes to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Design and develop standard and custom solutions to manage stock, inventory, and handheld solutions.
  • Experience in integrating warehouse or logistics processes with third-party applications. Knowledge in BAPI and API is preferred.
  • Streamline SAP standard processes in MM, Inventory Management, and Warehouse processes.
  • Prepare test scripts, data conversion, and user training.
  • Design and develop a supply chain dashboard for the business, providing an overview of daily transactions.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and training activities as part of global template rollouts and implementations.
  • Manage and perform data migration activities.
  • Experience in SAP Remote Logistics Management is desired.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Material Management, Warehouse Management, and Remote Logistics Management (optional).
  • Strong experience in Energy, Mining, or Oil and Gas industry.
  • SAP certifications in S/4 HANA Procurement or EWM preferred.
  • Proven ability to implement, roll out, and provide user training, hyper care, application development, and support.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferences
  • Experience in MM/WM/EWM.
  • Experience in Energy, Mining, or Oil and Gas industry.

Interview Process at AG

We are seeking a talented Principal SAP SCM Consultant with exposure in SAP SCM. The right candidate will be identified through the following interview rounds:

  • Round 1: HR Interview - To identify/cross-check professional & personal details.
  • Round 2: Technical Round - To gauge the technical expertise of the candidate.
  • Round 3: Director Rendezvous - Directors confirm if the candidate is a good fit for AG.

The candidate will be asked to complete AG's Application of Employment Form post successful completion of Round 1. Prior to Round 2, kindly ensure the candidate has all 6 documents required in full:

  • Passport or Aadhar card.
  • Latest offer letter.
  • Last appraisal letter.
