**Position**: 1 Year Admin Assistant
**Salary**: $2,400 - $2,600
**Location**: West
**Working Hours / Days**: 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)Responsibilities:
Administration of local purchase
Maintain and update customer records and information in the database
Submission for settlement
Creation of pre-owned vehicle details, sort out vehicle service interval, creating of vehicle service packages, invoicing to Pre-Owned Sales
Weekly generation and filing for the following reports for company's services
Handling admin duties, provides support to the sales and operation team
Preparation of refund form
Ordering of Service Invoices and Job Repair order
Answer telephones calls, enquiries, customers’ complaints and appointment booking for customers’ vehicle
Daily recording of collection of payment through ‘Payment Allocation & Reconciliation’ in Autoline
Daily generation and submission for the following reports together with billing invoice
External, Internal & Warranty Invoices
Sorting and mailing of credit customers’ invoices
Preparation and submission of monthly lubricant usage report
Order of oil and supplies relating to the requirements
Maintain a clean, orderly and safe working environment particularly own tools of work like desk area, stationary, telephone, printer and computer system
General ad hoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Automotive industry
Minimum Nitec
Able to commit to OT when required
Team player with good discipline and positive attitude
