**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- The Senior/ Principal Architect or Senior/ Principal Project Manager’s key responsibilities are to lead a team of consultants, contractors and specialist in undertaking the implementation of the Lim Chu Kang Master Plan and other related agri-land developments. The tasks include, but not limited to, the following: Lim Chu Kang Masterplan: - Leading the next planning phases of the Lim Chu Kang Master Plan and related agri-land developments. - Working closely with SFA’s planners and relevant internal divisions on the forward steps of refining the development strategies, securing the fundings, establishing the procurement strategies, managing scope changes where needed, establishing the phasing plan and driving the execution phases of the plan. - Ensuring the timely and quality delivery of the Master Plan in close partnership with the appointed consultant teams and appointed contractors for the various development projects. Sungei Tengah Agri-land Related Infrastructure: - While Lim Chu Kang is undergoing construction, Sungei Tengah plays an important role in providing essential agri-land and space to our grow-local strategy. Coordinating with relevant technical agencies (ie. URA, EMA, SPPG, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks) on the required infrastructure utilities and assist with interfacing with permitting agencies, authorities as needed. - Plan and execute development projects with mínimal risks, downtime and disruption to Sungei Tengah existing farms’ operations with a view to maintaining good business continuity and to realize the project implementation in accordance with the timeline set forth. - Reviewing designed and providing support/ advisory assistance to SFA farms’ projects, streamline the interfacing with permitting agencies. Staff Development: - Working closely with the Senior Director of Land and Sea Space Planning Division, mentor and nurture the members of the team in providing them opportunities for on-the-job training and exposure to cross-functional project teams. Inculcate within the team as high quality of work and a strong emphasis on teamwork.

**What we are looking for**

Work Location: SFA HQ at JEM, with expected travel to meetings at project sites.
