About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

The Workforce Manager will spearhead the operational efficacy of our content quality assurance team. You will manage the tracking and optimisation of team performance through a variety of metrics and workforce optimisation tools. Reporting to the Senior Operations Lead, you will guide a Singapore-based team of Team Leads, ensuring their daily activities align with our overarching vision of continuous improvement in workforce management.

1. Monitor and evaluate the content quality assurance team's performance against daily, weekly, and monthly targets, while maintaining adherence to quality standards.
2. Utilise workforce optimisation tools to forecast staffing needs, schedule staff optimally, and enhance operational efficiency to meet service level agreements.
3. Collaborate with Team Leads to set performance targets, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to maximise team productivity.
4. Develop and update precise workforce forecasts factoring in growth projections, seasonality, and emerging trends.
5. Adapt staffing levels and schedules in real-time to maintain optimal service levels and resource allocation.
6. Identify, develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and boost overall efficiency.
7. Lead regular training sessions to enhance team's proficiency in workforce management tools and techniques.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in workforce management to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
2. 3+ years of experience in workforce management, preferably in high-volume content moderation or customer support environments.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
4. Familiarity with workforce optimisation tools and software.
5. Excellent leadership skills with an ability to manage teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance.
6. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
7. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to simplify complex information.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
