**Key Responsibilities, Accountabilities or Duties**
- Create and maintain individual electronic student files. To ensure that up to date information is kept regarding the current status of the student and generate offer letters for those who are eligible for registration.
- Update and maintain accurate records of each student on the Student Records System (SRS), and Campus Solutions as well as Blackboard.
- Registration process for all MBA and MSc students
- Ensure all students have completed the necessary requirements of the University e.g. IT Sign up, Academic Registration, Certified degree certificate
- To assist with the organisation and coordination of all MBSW Induction Programmes.
- To participate in all inductions, meeting new students and answering questions.
- To provide guidance to new students during their first six months, in relation to assessments, examinations, workshops and regulations.
- To offer support and advice to students experiencing difficulties regarding their progression through the programmes, either for academic or personal reasons.

**Essential Knowledge Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience, preferably within a higher education environment
- Committed to the principle of maximising the use of new IT systems for the service and to engage fully with these developments as they occur
- Commitment and self motivation to take ownership of student problems and solve them
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to deal effectively with student customers, using tact and sensitivity whenever necessary a very high level of communication and interpersonal skill will be expected
- Some out of hours working may be required
