**Responsibility**:
1. Intellectual Property Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive market research on intellectual property, evaluating the market value and development potential of prospective IPs.
- Develop and implement IP analysis reports, providing data support and decision-making basis.
- Identify market trends and innovations to optimize the company's IP strategy.

2. IP Acquisition:

- Identify and assess potential IP resources, developing acquisition plans.
- Communicate and negotiate with IP holders to facilitate acquisition agreements.
- Manage the acquisition process, ensuring legal compliance and protecting the company's interests.

3. Negotiation:

- Responsible for negotiating transactions with IP holders and other relevant parties to reach cooperation agreements.
- Evaluate and negotiate IP transaction terms to ensure fairness and feasibility.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with IP holders and partners, promoting long-term cooperation.

4. AI Application in IP Management:

- Utilize AI tools for IP analysis, market forecasting, and infringement detection.
- Develop and optimize IP management systems, achieving automation through AI.

**Requirements**:

- Master‘s degree or higher in Intellectual Property Law, Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Certifications in IP management, AI, or related disciplines are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IP analysis, acquisition, and management.
- Proven track record of successful IP negotiations and acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies for IP analysis and management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable terms and agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
- Willing and able to undertake frequent overseas trips.
