We are looking for a meticulous and proactive **Operation & Merchandise Specialist** to oversee our merchandising workflow and operational efficiency. This role is key to ensuring product readiness, optimizing planning and stock flows, and coordinating across departments to bring collections to life on time and on trend.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Retail & E-Commerce Operations
- Monitor store and warehouse operations to ensure SOP compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with store teams to manage daily stock movement, VM updates, and store needs.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound delivery.
- Track and report operational KPIs: order fulfillment, returns, downtime, delivery SLA.

2. Merchandising Support
- Assist in stock allocation and replenishment plans based on sales trends and inventory turnover.
- Support weekly and monthly sales performance analysis by category/SKU/store.
- Collaborate with buying and planning team on assortment planning and stock lifecycle.
- Monitor slow-moving items and suggest actions (e.g., transfer, markdowns, bundles).

3. System & Process Management
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of product information, pricing, and stock status on POS and ERP.
- Collaborate with IT and POS/ERP team to streamline merchandising workflows.
- Support stocktake, audits, and inventory control initiatives.

4. Cross-team Coordination
- Work closely with marketing for launch plans, campaign stock readiness and promotion tracking.
- Act as a liaison between store staff, warehouse, planning, and design team for cross-functional tasks.
- Participate in the implementation of new retail tech tools or systems.

**Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain or merchandising roles.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills; familiarity with ERP, POS, or inventory systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Data-driven mindset with commercial awareness.
- Team player with a proactive and collaborative spirit

**Working hours**: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM).
