**Job Summary
You will be responsible for advising and guiding adult learners on their education and training needs at roadshows and events. You get to understand their career goals and objectives, and then recommend relevant programs to meet those goals. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and support to adult learners in selecting relevant programs based on their career goals and interests
- Answer inquiries from potential learners at roadshows
- Suggest ways to identify potential training gaps and recommend future courses
- Collaborate with trainers and other stakeholders to develop and design training programs that meet the needs of adult learners
- Provide administrative support for program enrollment and payment processes
- Be familiar with the range of funding assistance available and keep up to date on any new funding assistance for the adult learning industry
- Possess excellent program knowledge (eg. requirements, assessments, timing, etc.)
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales target for roadshows
- Monitor learners’ feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective learners and stakeholders to increase enrollment and customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in adult learning
- Assist with any ad hoc tasks (eg. event emceeing, research leads, etc.)
- Willing to travel to different locations in Singapore for roadshows
