Business Planning Support supports business management division to deliver organizational success aligning company vision and mission from supply planning to generate P/L report.

**1. **Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Translate commercial forecast into demand plan calculating complexity and lead time of each site and customers
- Manage and prepare demand planning processes & operations, ensuring supply numbers are aligned across functions
- Manage actuals data punctually for accurate planning
- Prepare meeting material for external and internal S&OP, negotiating with various stakeholders to align S&OP processes
- Excellent communication skill to collect and consolidate all the relevant data from various partners
- Support other supply chain processes as required
- Set up and report demand planning KPI monthly basis
- Perform other duties as and when may assigned by the management team
- Collect all costs, budget, and expenses in operations & management to support business analysis in perspective of finance
- Collect monthly sales data and manage expense monthly
- Support Business Analytics Manager's woks on financial analysis
- Support on documentation works in Business Management
- Performs any other duties may assigned by department had or management team

**2. **Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years related experience in Supply Chain Management or Finance or Accounting
- Experience in Pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good at numbers and Microsoft Excel
- Detail oriented, extreme accuracy and precision
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
