**Role Summary**

You will be responsible to analysis of production lines to identify improvement, fostering cross-departmental collaboration for project implementation, and utilizing data analysis for management reporting. It involves optimizing automated production systems for efficiency, supervising personnel and machinery, and ensuring production targets are met.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth analysis of production lines and promote cross-departmental cooperation to propose and implement improvement projects.
- Utilize data analysis for effective management reporting.
- Optimize and maintain automated production systems to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise personnel and machinery while driving the achievement of production targets.

**Education Qualification & Essential Experiences**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or engineering related fields
- Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
