Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**
- Support in the analysis of P&L financials to management and business partners through data consolidation / extraction, trend analysis and preparation of insights and commentaries.
- Develop and prepare the monthly rolling-forecast of bank’s P&L and Balance Sheet financials to management, provide insights into areas of key variances against targets.
- Involve in the deliverables that requires financials with forward looking view or scenario analysis such as ICAAP, IWST, internal stress-test and capital-planning.
- Support and manage the annual Budgeting process with both Group and local stakeholders from different functions and entities.
- Work with internal and external partners to identify/develop performance metrics or drivers to support financial performance evaluation.
- Interface with other functions with unit and other functions within sector to enhance network and broaden scope.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science or related field with at least 5 years of working experience. Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CA, CFA) is a plus
- FP&A experience in banks / financial institutions; or banking audit in Big 4 is an advantage.
- Experienced with programming tools (e.g. SAS, Python), and comfortable with managing and analysing large-scale data, with eye for detail
- Proficient in using Excel and Powerpoint for reporting
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Open mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
