As a WFH Business Development Manager at NVK Global Talent Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Meet or exceed business development goals, including revenue targets and client acquisition KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Must have an experience as a Business Development in recruitment companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with business development strategies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
