**Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching and Training**:Design and implement comprehensive swimming training programs for swimmers of various skill levels.
Provide hands-on coaching during practice sessions, focusing on stroke technique, endurance, speed, and overall performance improvement.
Develop individualized training plans based on swimmers' strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
- You're required to condcut swim lessons for athletes / swimmers.
- **Team Management**:Lead and manage the coaching staff, ensuring their alignment with training philosophies and coaching methodologies.
Foster a positive and motivating team culture that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal development.
Manage team communication, including scheduling, updates, and progress reports.
- **Athlete Development**:Monitor and assess swimmers' progress through regular evaluations and performance tracking.
Identify talented swimmer and work on their long-term development, including goal-setting and competition planning.
Provide guidance on mental preparation, and injury prevention to ensure overall athlete well-being.
- **Competition Preparation**:Plan and coordinate participation in local, national, and international swimming competitions.
Analyze competitors and devise race strategies to maximize swimmers' competitive edge.
Accompany athletes to competitions, providing support and guidance throughout the event.
- **Technical Expertise**:Stay updated with the latest developments in swimming techniques, training methods, and coaching strategies.
Incorporate modern technology, such as video analysis and performance tracking tools, to enhance coaching effectiveness.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Maintain open communication with swimmers, their parents/guardians, and other stakeholders to address concerns, provide feedback, and set expectations.
Collaborate with other coaches, sports science experts, and medical professionals to create a holistic training environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:A bachelor's degree in sports science, physical education, kinesiology, or a related field is preferred.
Possession of coaching certifications from recognized organizations, such as ASCA or FINA, is a strong advantage.
- **Coaching Experience**:Substantial experience as a swimming coach, preferably at both junior and senior levels.
Proven track record of developing swimmers and achieving competitive success.
- **Technical Knowledge**:In-depth understanding of swimming techniques, training methodologies, and race strategies.
Familiarity with using performance analysis tools and software for video feedback.
- **Leadership and Communication Skills**:Strong leadership abilities to manage a coaching team and lead a group of athletes.
Excellent communication skills to convey instructions, provide feedback, and interact with athletes, parents, and staff.
- **Passion and Dedication**:A genuine passion for swimming and a commitment to the athletes' growth and well-being.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel for competitions.
- **Ethics and Integrity**:Uphold high ethical standards and promote fair play, sportsmanship, and respect within the team.
- **Language Proficiency**:Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with athletes and staff.
