**Our client is seeking a Technical Manager to join their team**:

Join our client's dynamic team as a Technical Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in driving successful mechanical services tenders and projects. **What you'll be doing?**:

- **Lead tender processes**:Prepare and submit mechanical services tenders, reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- **Manage project lifecycle**:Take charge of mechanical services tenders from initial stages through pre-contract and post-contract administration duties.
- **Provide technical expertise**:Conduct detailed evaluations, ensure compliance with project requirements, and offer valuable insights during tender evaluations.
- **Develop innovative solutions**:Suggest value engineering solutions for mechanical services, enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Collaborate with stakeholders**:Liaise with consultants, attend site visits, and participate in tender briefings and meetings.
- **Drive team success**:Plan and execute strategies with the tender team to achieve key performance indicators.
- **Contribute to project planning**:Assist in creating project write-ups, manpower histograms, and project schedules using Microsoft Project software.
- **Ensure technical accuracy**:Provide calculations in hydraulics, pump head, static pressure, and heat load, and review technical submissions for compliance.

**Who are they looking for?**:

- **Educational background**:Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, with knowledge in Design & Build and ability to conduct engineering design and calculations.
- **Relevant experience**:8-10 years of working experience in the Mechanical Services field, demonstrating growth and expertise.
- **Technical knowledge**:Strong understanding of M&E works, Green Mark requirements, planning capabilities, and familiarity with authorities and statutory compliance.
- **Software proficiency**:Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project, enhancing your ability to manage and present information effectively.
