- Ensure full regulatory compliance (SFA, SCDF, MUIS Halal considerations, MOM manpower rules).
- Liaise with delivery aggregators, speciality suppliers and equipment vendors to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
- **Experience**
Minimum **12 years**in full-service restaurants, **plus 5 years**managing an Italian-Asian fusion brand with P&L responsibility > SGD 3 million
- **Proven Track Record**
Must have launched **or**turned around **two**concept outlets that hit break-even within **6 months**each (documented evidence required)
- **Education & Certifications**
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or F&B Management
WSQ **Food Safety Level 3**
NEA **Food Hygiene Officer**certificate
Professional **Barista**certification
- **Systems & Tech Proficiency**
Administrator-level skills in **POS**, **SQL Accounting**
Competence with **Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics**:
