JOB SUMMARY

To provide quality customer service on course enrolment and course administration for Chinese EC courses.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Carry out quality controls and compliance procedures.

2. Maintain daily records on clients’ progress.

3. Ensure all assessment papers are properly vetted and signed by the Senior Lecturer and/or Academic Head.

4. Ensure timely and accurate release of assessment results.

5. Ensure a proper filling system for all assessment records.

6. Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders.

7. Support the review and development of programmes based on client needs.

8. Work with other department to execute programmes.

9. To back-up as a buddy to your colleague handling the same job functions and cover his / her work in his/her absence.

10. To undertake any reasonable duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma and/or above in related field
- Min 2 yrs of experience in related field.
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team
- Good multi-tasking, interpersonal, problem-solving, communication & organizational skills.
- Bilingual of English and Chinese languages in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
