**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing and construction processes.
- Perform regular scheduled maintenance and service checks to ensure optimal equipment function.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide technical support to resolve issues on-site.
- Liaise with the parts department to manage inventory and order necessary components.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, and use protective equipment when on the site.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, integrating new techniques into servicing procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
