**Restructuring practice**
Our Restructuring practice offers critical assistance to companies that are under-performing or experiencing a full-blown liquidity crisis. Working directly with company management, Alvarez & Marsal helps stabilise financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvements. Alvarez & Marsal's involvement reassures creditors that the company is taking important steps to address its problems and maximise its value.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Effectively gather, analyze and sort through large data sets that sometimes can be unorganized and incomplete
- Create, analyze and update13-week cash flow models and other financial models
- Assist in the bankruptcy preparation and administration
- Support business development activities including the creation of client pitches and proposals to win new mandates

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related discipline
- Possess excellent financial analytical skills, such as 13-week cashflow forecast, bottom-up 3-statement financial modeling, credit analysis
- Fluent in written and spoken English and other preferred language including Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of client personnel
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment
