Quantuma is a boutique consulting firm, part of the wider K3 Capital Group (owned by Sun Capital Partners), with over 700 employees across 24 offices in key financial markets.

We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and entrepreneurial members to help grow the Quantuma Singapore team. Quantuma Singapore is looking for an Manager (as well an Associate and Senior Associate) to manage and deliver complex, cross-border restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception to closure. Each individual shall have the opportunity to generate specified revenue for the business through personal contacts and participation in business development activities and client pitches as well as be rewarded for such revenue origination.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Manage and execute complex cross border restructuring and insolvency engagements, particularly across Quantuma offices.
- Design and execute turnaround strategies for clients in high stakes distress situations.
- Produce high-quality client written content and verbal updates and presentations.
- Manage and lead teams to ensure client requirements and budgets are in line with scope and client expectations and satisfaction.
- Ability to drive forward and coordinate several concurrent projects and tasks and manage competing demands.
- Aware of technical developments in the market and recognise their impact on clients and communicate this effectively to clients, prospects, market and the firm’s internal leadership.
- Take the lead to promote client offerings and enhance strategic relationships.
- Provide leadership, direction and guidance to staff on a portfolio of restructuring, insolvency and forensic assignments.
- Manage and appraise the team and promote a constructive attitude to work and professional development to maximise potential.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues, senior professionals and geographic leaders.
- Demonstrate commitment to Quantuma’s initiatives and growth aspirations.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Professionally qualified - CA/CFA/CPA/ACA/ACCA.
- 5 - 8 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrates a high level of industry expertise in restructuring, insolvency and forensics engagements.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience in identifying and assessing compliance and commercial risks and the ability to contribute to policies and processes to address those risks.
- Willing to travel (where possible).
