Responsibilities:
- Prepare travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules
- Provide accurate information to customers including visa requirements, immunisation requirements, at the time of ticketing and applicable discounts or corporate rates where applicable
- Support and coordinate on bookings, ticketing and reservations
- Confirm reservations, distribute tickets, and confirmation to travellers
- Support sale of products and services for current customers based on travel preferences
- Providing first-level responses to queries, respond to customers' queries and complaints
- Resolve client conflicts and escalate to higher level when needed
- Propose improvements and ways to improve sales and retain and increase customer base
- Be proactive in understanding the needs of customers and maintain good relationships with them
- Maintain client data in client relationship management system
- Executing standard telephone procedure using appropriate and professional customer service etiquette;
- Maintain complete tidiness and cleanliness of the Travel Agency,
- Ensure the reception lobby area and pantry are kept in a clean and tidy condition
- Manage meeting room for religious classes and ensure audio/video runs smoothly prior to the class
- Perform admin duties (eg data entry, filing, collate data etc)
Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Min 2 years related work experience in the Travel Industry
- Must have a working knowledge of the Tour & Travel industry, including Umrah and Hajj services.
- Enjoy interacting with people, outgoing, friendly and energetic personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Good selling, communication and listening skills.
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word, ppt)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and meticulous
- Self-driven and able to work under pressure
- Able to maintain professionalism and discretion
