**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage on-site construction schedules and oversee the construction progress of 300mm Wafer Plant & Office Building.
- Understand the construction contractual concept which to handling the construction payments.
- Managing building quality of 300mm Wafer Plant and Office Building Construction.

**Education Qualification & Essential Experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / architecture or a related field.
- Experience with building construction and maintenance in a 300mm fab facility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
- A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills, with experience in construction projects.
