**About the role**:
As an Associate Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing the Xero Asia business and engaging Xero’s community through excellence in campaign planning and delivery.

You’ll support the Marketing Leads in the delivery of projects, campaigns and activity that drive Xero’s partner channel growth across the Asia region.

An important aspect of this role will involve the individual establishing and maintaining good working relationships both within the Marketing team and the wider organisation.

**What you'll do**:

- Run end-to-end campaigns that aim to educate, empower and grow Xero customers, from campaign conceptualisation to execution and reporting
- Derive integrated campaign strategies with regional marketers and manage execution across key markets with efficiency and agility
- Support cross-functional GTM initiatives on behalf of marketing and working hand in glove with regional sales teams to understand strategic priorities, challenges and leading campaign initiatives that support business goals
- Support the global marketing organisation in driving regional GTM initiatives and releases
- With the support of specialists, define and manage the delivery of assets that contribute to an optimal, integrated marketing mix for campaigns (including online and offline activations)
- Report on campaign performance, provide relevant insight from data analysis and manage the repository of learnings/outcomes from each campaign
- Work collaboratively with the global and APAC marketing organisation and broader business to share learnings

**What you'll bring with you**:

- Proven experience in the creation and development of campaign strategy, positioning and messaging
- Experience with SaaS is preferable.
- Ability to contribute to defining a strategic vision and to articulate it in front of a variety of audiences
- Strong stakeholder, project and campaign management skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proven ability in influencing others by adapting approach to suit the individual in order to achieve the right outcomes
- Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-driven work environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to change
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
