**Role Location**: ANZ Singapore

**Role Type**: Full Time, Permanent

SKY Product Area Lead will provide leadership to a number of squads that are aligned to SKY platform, working closely and constructively with business stakeholders to deliver and support SKY roadmap, providing appropriate guidance and advice on Technology matters and acts as an escalation point for issues arising in the delivery life-cycle. The Product Area Lead enables and inspires squads to pursue their mission, ensuring that the work is strategically aligned to the tribe mission. He is responsible for the evolution of the Platform and ensuring that it is well managed from a financial, risk and technology asset lifecycle point of view.

**Your key priorities and responsibilities include**:
Deliver build/development function to committed budget
Develop a strong relationship with members of the Front Office and Quant teams
Facilitate end-to-end delivery between Front Office Quants and Technology for the SKY platform
Develop a highly motivated and engaged team of quality professionals
Use ANZ standards and develop new processes in order to ensure efficient, flexible and reliable delivery
About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong Front Office experience, especially in Derivatives and exposure from both a business and technology perspective
Previous experience in a financial institution or financial systems vendor in a development or architecture capacity
Significant software engineering experience, ideally gained in an Investment Banking environment
Clear communication and strong stakeholder management in a Front Office environment
Ability to manage a large, distributed delivery teams with demanding stakeholders and critical business issues
Experience implementing and managing large, complex vendor and in-house developed platforms at an Investment Bank
