**About GLOBALFOUNDRIES**

Brief introductory: To perform physical die polishing, FIB/XSEM, and analyze the failure on failure analysis requests submitted to FA groups.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Perform die polishing, FIB/SEM failure analysis work on FA jobs assigned by shift leader/engineer
- Write FA report and update completed job into FA database.
- Ensure FA job is completed within the required turn-around time.
- To accept and process FA requests from Fab
- To be able to review and FA approve jobs.
- To assist Engineers to provide FA support on quality monitoring programs.
- To assist Engineers in the continous improvement project.
- To conduct FA techniques training and certification for operation technicians.
- To main good housekeeping practices and safety procedures.
- Responsible for equipment/tool daily PM, basic uptime, and housekeeping.

Required Qualifications: (Diploma in Electronics/Wafer Fabrication Engineering)
- Education/Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of related working experience in IC failure analysis or wafer Fab.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Possess good written and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well with others and an interest in IC failure analysis and surface analysis.
- Ability to independently handle simple chemical preparations and no physical allergies to common solvents/acids/alkalines.
